If you haven't signed this petition yet - why not?

It takes in total about 30 seconds to sign it. Don't just sit back and see what happens, take action and help the cause out.

Any fans from any club can sign it which IMO totally devalues it.

The club find it hard to listen to us at the best of times and we are paying customers. They sure as hell aren't gonna pay attention to what someone who supports Dundee or Bournemouth think.

There needs to be 1 petition (not 3 which i think there is now) and only signed by CCFC fans with fan numbers and names to verify. IMO that carries ten times the weight these current ones do.

Give it a rest. We sold our tradition and identity to Tan for £100m and now you think you're entitled to it back. No. Business dont work like that. You had a choice last summer, we all did, and the majority chose to sell out. Tan owns our identity and tradition now because we sold it to him.

Pretty much what I said in another thread.

Tan mentioned customers so he wants to hear from those customers. if its over 25% of our attendance then it carries weight on what he said.

Last year the club used the results of a rebrand poll on the walesonline website as fcuking gospel

They don't care who votes, or is that only when it suits them?

Of course its when it suits them. Like it or not they make the decisions and currently hold all the cards. In order to try and make the fans heard it needs to only be CCFC fans or that is a perfect get out for the club not to listen.

Why not? Because it will do nothing and i'm ready to embrace change. As long as the name Cardiff City exists, the club will always have it's past and history, regardless of the colour, players or manager.

Very true by asking other clubs support devalues the whole objective and gives a false result.

Tan doesn't give a shit if 5000 city fans sign a petition, he's already come out and said he's willing to lose 25% of the fans.

However if this petition was to get 10000 or even 20000 signatures, the national media would be all over this and possibly even the international media. They don't care that some Dundee fan has signed it, it's all about the numbers for them. This will then lead to more pressure on Tan and you have to ask yourself would he risk his name being dragged through the mud internationally? I get the feeling he wouldn't. With the short term future of the club no longer under threat us fans can now demand he returns us to blue. If he walks away then so be it.

That IMO carries more clout than 20,000 signatures off random non ccfc fans ever will. If a petition could get 10,000 verified CCFC fans signatures then that really is giving the club a message.
