What about the contempt you and others are showing him after he ploughed £100m to clear historical (and traditional) debt and took us to The Premier League
![]()
Seems to me that you lack far more words than 'compromise' and they appear to include words such as 'appreciation, gratitude, understanding (of our position before he came in) and flexibility![]()
You might argue in return that he (VT) lacks similar wording too but I would respond to that by simply asking "What would you genuinely do if you ploughed that money in and believed you could benefit financially in the money markets by being seen in a colour that (and it may be alien to us) is deemed 'lucky' and therefore 'marketable'?![]()
One or two on here appear to believe I am anti-blue. That is NOT the case. However, I am a realist and I can see where Tan is coming from even if I don't particularly want it to happen. It is called 'progression' and it is something OUR club has needed for many years. To my mind, if the price of progress is a change of shirt colour in order to gain from foreign investment then that, I admit, is fine by me
I would, however, fully support either of both the following:
1: Blue shorts (and maybe piping on the shirt) plus
2: A return of the Bluebird as a mainstay of the badge
Either (or preferably both) of these would be a VERY GOOD compromise from Tan and would show he is interested in what fans want whilst keeping his Far Eastern (red) plans intact![]()
But what I cannot support is a disgruntled group of maverick fans that don't have the 'future' interests of Cardiff City FC at heart and appear intent on alienating the very person (like him or loathe him) that has delivered on the dream; albeit in a slightly uncomfortable way![]()

The option the majority of City fans wanted was not included in the vote.
