when will we be presented with the Championship Trophy?

I know we haven't quite won it yet but it looks almost a foregone conclusion now. So will we be presented with the trophy at the home game with Bolton if we have it won by then or will it be at the Hull away game. Also will there be an open top celebration by all the squad and management through the City?

Sky reported last night that should cardiff secure the title this weekend then the trophy would be presented at home game verus Bolton on the 27th.

I imagine the club will also be laying on a few special events with it being the final home game
