I will see out the end of the season but will not be there next season.

I do not want to experience another Blue Tuesday.

Of all the rebranding I can say the colour of the seat is the thing that I care least about.
Once I sit on it I dont look at it again and it once again becomes blue because of my top.

You know what Luke, I think most of our fans need a rocket up their arses to notice that is going on. In your case it is an Apollo 13 that is needed.

Why because I dont care about the seat colour? i dont expect you care enough to bother but if you really wanted to you can search my posts from when the rebrand initially broke and i said the same, I dont care about the seats. Its the item that would least effect me. The kit colour and badge are what matter, my seat colour I wont lose sleep over as it ill always be blue when im sat in it.

It people have stayed through the changing of the shirt to red, the near abolishon of the bluebird, the monstrosity of a badge and the in fighting... I'd find it amazing if someone decided the seats changing colour was too much for them.

Surely the ones that are left would now sacrifice pretty much anything if it meant a glimpse of Rooney et al.

I've got to agree with you there Luke, it's a seat at the end of the day, but why contemplate spending 1.2 million on changing perfectly good seats, money could be spent better elsewhere.

Does seem Silly money to waste.

If I was Tan and really wanted more Red id think just replacing the white seats with red would have an impact.

Nothing to do with Rooney et al for me.
My club is for life.
We could still fail this season, nothing nailed on.
Hate the colour, but one bloke is not going to change a habit of my lifetime. ;)

We all know RM you are not a Cardiff fan so therefore know you were not there for Blue Tuesday which killed it for quite a few. Walking into our stadium with a sea of red seats will finish of a few more. Those of us who have renewed to see Rooney and co are going to struggle if these red seats make an entrance.

I find the "Only for the prem" talk such bitter nonsense.
OK some will do it for that reason but I think most will do it for Cardiff City.

Tell you what.
Do us a favour and f**k off right now in advance sympathy with those Cardiff supporters who might decide not to continue supporting their team if there is such a change.

I'd like to think that I'll be able to just get on with it but I know how sick I felt when I seen the stadium full of red scarves, it was shocking, I really couldn't relate to Cardiff City that night, I just hope IF the seats are changed I don't feel the same as that night. :(

Heres hoping Borley aint chatting shit. :malky:

Well nobody knows that as it is untrue. However you are correct I wasn't there for blue Tuesday, which is neither here nor there really. I didnt need blue Tuesday to tell me that the rebranding of my club was disgusting.

I'd be seriously surprised if there were many left that walked away because of this. It's like a cockroach surviving a nuclear bombing and then deciding he's going to kill himself because it blew up his favourite sandwich.

The people left have pretty much told tan that they can do anything to the club and they will back him providing they get to see Man United, the worst has been done so to leave coz their seat turns red seems pathetic in comparison to what they have already accepted.

If the club was sat 18th place right now there would be 15,000 every game with protests to bring the blue back and I'm sure everyone knows that, people are accepting it and renewing simply to see some big names while ignoring the vandalism of the club.

It's sad to see.

sadly this is my last year. i will say goodbye, to a club which gave me a family, friends, and one heck of a ride. but she has now passed. sad thing is now, anyway who feels the same way has been threatend, so theres no point anymore

Good luck, hope you can overcome it.

Blue Tuesday still sticks in me but it was only one game. Seeing it every home game is something I can't take.

This is not to have a dig but surely everyone knew that the seats will eventualy change to red? At the end of the day as Carl said they have only inquired so far

Not saying it isn't. He's entitled to it.

My point was the overwhelming majority has put the vandalism of the club to one side for prem football. Seats won't change that.

There's a guy called 'I bleed blue' backing the abolition of the clubs blue because "he has to see us in the prem".

By all means he's entitled to it, it was more a point of what type of fan remains. And that's one that puts seeing famous players above the love of the club.

Agree completely. He just was a prime example of the mentality of the fans remaining "I bleed blue" backing the abolition of the blue and bluebird to see some premier league action.

Seats aren't going to change a damn thing.

Wow, people with their own minds.
There will be many "types" of fan left.
You point out one fan on a message board.... okay, we have one of that type remaining so far. :laughing6: :laughing6: :laughing6:
