if you enjoy video games what were your favourites growing up?

minr are all mario bros
all the zeldas especially ocarina of time which i still say is the beat game ever made
double dragon
golden axe
joe and mac cavemen

cant beat the classics

Still a big megadrive fan! Got 55 games so far and a few boxed consoles

Streets of rage and sonic are my favourites

Streets of Rage was a classic, along with Sonic. Loved Mario cart & golden eye for the n64. Then things like Tekken and Resident Evil for ps. Final Fantasy 7 will always be my fav though!

Has Most consoles growing up only ones I never had is a broadcast and ps3. Fab game if all time though is final fantasy 7 followed closely by golden eye & Zelda for the n64

These were all definitely some of my favorites too! Also Road Rash & Adidas power soccer on the Sega Mega Drive were classics to me.

Altered beast was a cracker altho I kept gettin my ass kicked by some wierd eyeball monster

I got bored with all my games, plugged my ps1 in and started playing Final Fantasy 7 again 5 days ago. Still playing it and still one of the best games ever made

Commodore 64/Atari the Dizzy games were great
SNES - Mario, secret of mana
Megadrive -Golden Axe ,sonic games, streets of rage(have all these on ps3 now )
N64 - Goldeneye, Ocarina of time
Ps Final fantasy 7 (wow) Metal gear

Best football game imo is the original player manager on the ps1 where you could bargain with bids for players trying not to go to low that they dont pull out then when they dropped you go even lower and try to get them for pennys lol

in the early 80s i had a commodore plus 4! kickstart , treasure island, fireant tom thumb..... etc..
then a commdore 64, paperboy, , football manager, wwf wrestling, turtles, bruce lee... bubble bobble.

sega mastersystem then with alex kidd, castle of illusion, shinobi, outrun , golden axe bomb jack.

sega megadrive, sonic, streets of rage, flashback..

amiga 500, championship manager!! sensible soccer, lemmings, monkey island, canon fodder, turrican 1 and 2, pinball fantasies. theme park... worms..

For me it was always street fighter 2 on various nintendos . First played on arcade around early 90s

I loved the donkey kong series on nintendon and alex the kidd on megadrive as well as the sonics.

Mario Kart beats all tho!

I grew up with master system, mega drive, PSOne, PS2, Xbox.

I'm just saying. Surely there are other people on here in their early 20s.

growing up i could never afford any game console. when playstation came out, i finally got nintendo 64. and only game i ever had was mario world (collect the 100 odd stars) then as soon as playstation 2 come out, i gotmyself playstation 1.
