I'm not even exicted by the signing but it wouldn't suprise me considering MM been chasing him in January.

He haven't had a look in at Bolton. What do Bolton thinks of him? Do they want him to get into the line up? or?

i think he will be a decent signing, he is still young i thought he was older than 21

we wouldve loved him last year, and the argument of we need to buy players who could play in the prem kind of grates me a little because we are not in the prem yet, lets focus on getting there, then we can get players who can play there, if we get them now thats a plus, but why pay way over the odds in january when we could not even make it, he will be a good signing imo

I remember similar apathy when we signed Jay Bothroyd, he turned out rather well for us in the end..

I'm undecided on this one. He looked pretty good in the olympics but hes not getting a sniff at bolton after 2 managers so makes you wonder.

I'm hoping Bolton don't have the team backup to let Sordell play his natural game, therefore he isn't playing. Noone was similar, Brighton fans always said he was the lesser of their wingers and they had Lua Lua and Buckley. noone sat on the bench a lot.

and hes still 21! knows malky, the more i think about it the more exited i am

Will be a great signing with the midfielders we have. Won't do the job like Maynard would but he'll definitely chip inn with a few goals.

Players play well if a manager believes in them. The managers haven't believed in Sordell at Bolton. Its no wonder they are struggling. If he was given a chance he'd probably have scored for fun by now but the managers would rather go for names than people who get the job done, more fool them.

If true could be a good bit of business by MM, Correct me if I am wrong but MM was willing to pay 2.5 to 3m for him last year. Surely now with Bolton wanting to off load him Cardiff would get him him at half that price. Remember MM has been very cute in the transfer market and he mentored him at Watford. Surely if you work for a gaffa you respect it will bring out the best in you!!!

He was scoring all of the time when playing regular football, he was never given a chance at Bolton even when Coyle was there.

higher than he rates Joe Mason, and Joe is not far off being a very good player.

I am still on FM11. If I was to upgrade to FM13 do you think that would make me a better manager/Understand the game more?

Here, here we have no chance of signing Bent due to his ability which would make him an ideal buy for other prem clubs and his wage demands.
