Luke from what I have seen on the TV the football doesn't look very enjoyable to watch.

Well as an outsider, cardiff city fc, looks like it's suffering from schizophrenia, one day it's red the next day it's blue and so on. You have lost your identity.

Always enjoy watching City win, ive never gone home after a game we have lost and thought but at least we played good football today.

I've only done one away game this season and that was Bristol so im basing it on the home games where we have played well in a number of games but also most have them have been exciting. We all love a good 4-0 win but for me you cant beat a win like on Boxing day, 1-0 down and coming back, those nerves and excitement, thats always been what ive enjoyed and that feeling when the whistle goes and we have won :ayatollah:

That you even 'think' this is an intelligent question sums your unwanted contributions to this site, Jack

Cardiff City Association Football Club (not The Bluebirds, The Redbirds, The Red Dragons or any other nickname you might want to use) is steeped in a history that only one or two top filght teams can claim to match ;)

That we currently play mainly in red is, to some but not all, an inconvenience but it is NOT the end of the world and it is certainly NOT the end of Cardiff City Football Club; despite what one or two (plus those from YOUR club with nothing better to do ;) ) may say for their own reasons

It (Cardiff City FC) has a proud past and now, thanks in part to the likes of Sam Hammam and even Peter Ridsdale, but mainly down to VT, TG and Malky, has an exceptionally bright future ;)

We have a new (not council-owned but paid for) stadium, a regular attendance of 22,000+ which is increasing week on week and a squad to be VERY proud of who put their bodies on the line for each other and for the team :ayatollah:

Identity crisis?? I think not. I think THAT particular problem lies 50 miles west down the M4 where a whole club has been built on the back of unpaid debt, rented out stadia and a fan base who don't (most embarrasingly IMO) even know the words to some decent soccer songs; preferring instead to girgle out Hymns and Arias!!

Small town (not a City in anyones imagination except your own) with a small town mentality

Best you give up now Jack and let people just assume you are a bitter and resentful village idiot rather than opening your size 10 gob and proving it without all doubt!! :ayatollah:  :ayatollah:  :ayatollah:  :ayatollah:

Is that question for me, if so, swansea has a great atmosphere at the liberty, one of the loudest set's of fans in the pl. Our id is we are a club that is owned 100% by it's fans, playing football the right way, and not thinking we are a big club like a lot of other clubs think they are naming no name's

your football style is an enjoyment to watch with the volume down on the TV.

Is steeped in history, that only one or two top flight teams can match  that's the best yet. so out of man utd, man city, chelsea, arsenal, spurs, villa newcastle, everton, liverpool, wba, stoke, sunderland, norwich, west ham, has a lesser history than cardiff a club that has not played top flight football for 50yrs.

So your identity is the fact the fans own the club (wow) and the way you play football? No mention of nickname or shirt colour then, so why does ours bother you so much if it doesn't form an identity?
