We need pace upfront

I listened to the game today and up to half time it seemed we were holding our own? What we are missing is a strong defence and pace up front.

Mason on the bench is ridiculous everytime he comes on he changes games. If we can see that how come management of megga bucks fail to see it???

Last year we failed to keep a clean sheet in the majority of games yet we have strengthened the mid field and up front but our defence will in the end stop us going up. Its obvious we are lacking in our defence but our management team fail to see it.

Given our change of colour and all the bad press we have had I feel we need a better tesponse from the players and management. Yes its the first game we have lost but Huddersfield should have beaten us and Brighton listening to the radio could have won.

We need to re group against Wolves to get us ba k ontrack but our back line is pants

If we play Helguson.. we need a striker with him.
If we play one striker we need either Velikonja or Mason.

We could have bolts pace mixed with Van Persie's finishing and they will do nothing with service like today's.

Would love to know how much money MM has in his budget - We may have spent more than last season at this stage,but we have got rid of a lot of players in wages,along with the money we have saved on DJ + the backroom team from the season before.
