BBM:
“Everybody was buzzing after the game and looking forward to what is going to be another challenge on Saturday. So we’ve got to try our best as we try to win.
“Going there we have an incredible respect for how good Middlesbrough are, they could be in the Premier League and the level of their performances reflect that.
“We’re preparing incredibly hard today and tomorrow, but we don’t fear them; we’re not afraid of anything and we’ll go there and try and play in the same manner as Tuesday, albeit a different game, and try to win.
“I think we’ve had some good away performances. Derby County springs to mind, and we played well at Bolton but didn’t get the win then that we should’ve. Our home form has felt really good, and we have to try to rectify it away from home as soon as possible.
“We have to play better, playing away from home in any league is different. We have to adjust to that, show that we can improve and try to win.
“The support that we have at the club is never wavering, and we have to reflect that.
“The next game is all that matters for us. We treated Tuesday like it was the last game of the season, put everything into it in trying to win and we did. The same goes for Saturday, we want to go to Middlesbrough to compete.”

We really need to tighten our defence up,even a poor Watford team opened us up to the extent that Trott made some very good saves Tuesday night.Bielik DM and Fish CM should start as Worcester has said on another thread.Keep it a lot tighter but we will still create chances.

We will get torn a new asshole I'm guessing unless he changes the system in the middle of the pitch because Boro will run through it if the have done there homework on us playing away as we only play one system home and away and let's be honest Watford have to have been the worst team we have played yet. There in a right mess , player from everywhere playing for themselves and run by owners not a coach or manager they change 3 times a season or whatever

I'd take a point right now.

I agree that we need to solidify the midfield a bit for this game, maybe bring Bielik in there as suggested.
I'm not one who thinks we have to do that for every away game but do think it's what's needed for a game as tough as this. He can't treat it like it's a home game or he could learn a tough lesson on Saturday.
Either way I'll be amazed if we get anything, a narrow defeat maybe the best we can hope for because Middlesbrough are very good.

I also believe we need to play with two holding midfielders away from home but seems bbm will play our way no matter what and thats a hill hes willing to die on and I respect him for that
