Cardiff have signed talented Man City young midfielder Charlie Holt


Cardiff City add Manchester City teenager Charlie Holt to their U21s squad after a successful training stint.


Box-to-box midfielder

Charlie Holt is an energetic midfielder capable of impacting both boxes and has developed his craft through all age groups at City's Academy.

After signing his scholarship with the Club in June 2025, Holt progressed to the under18’s squad,but this season was told he could leave if he found a club or a club came in for him and Cardiff City did

Sounds good. BBM seems to have an eye for a good player so hopefully this turns out well. Don't blame him for wanting to leave the cheats and join a proper club.

Imagine he'll start with the U21s and hopefully force his way into the first team. Second player from Man City academy to join our academy in recent months, after Cass Machin.

He was part of their U18s squad which won Premier League U18 North last season.

Brian Barry-Murphy has been instrumental in helping these prospects grow, and he's been key in signing some talents too.

All sounds good just need the fuel to come down now when travelling to footy games £2 a litre £10 a gallon shocking the government could take off 50pence duty per litre for a while till tge prices come down.

Monty take 50p off duty and garauntee it will go up 2 weeks later.... myself is going electric only got to wait until Xmas for it to arrive in uk!
