I thought he was superb tonight, his intelligence of getting in pockets of space is first rate. Would quite like to see him play 10 and get him in and around Salech

I said in another thread I think Moylan would work better with an Earnie/Michael Owen type striker. Think Salech is too slow and static to link up with him.

Davies is a good shout for Moylan to link with, I just fear an Earnie style striker will struggle on their own. We saw the best of Earnie when he was with Thorne, who is very much Salech.

Could we adapt a 442 and play Davies with Salech, 2 wide men and a cdm to mop up anything that gets through?

He got in some great positions but felt he was a bit selfish as chose to shoot even when being closed down. A good debut though and will improve game by game.

He looks class and will score alot of goals.

He looks a great player.

Think we have landed a very good player in him two or three of his standard being signed would be great for the team
