Staggered Transfer Window?

Prem clubs hold onto players until the last couple of days of the transfer window before selling or loaning depending on their buys and injuries. Instead of all the transfer windows closing on the same day should they be staggered for each division e.g.
Championship - Premier window + 2 days
League 1 - Premier window + 4 days
League 2 - Premier window + 6 days
That way last minute purchases and loans can cascade down the leagues. If Cardiff get a loan that they have been chasing, they would have 2 days to loan someone to League 1 or 4 days to League 2.

My worry is 23 other teams want to loan players to,and has anyone got any faith in this board to get signings in?we all know we needed 5,6 players in from April really,but I suppose we’ve got a few weeks left,but we need one or 2 in before the Wrexham game 100%
