Purse the last two years had terrible results.
I have heard BBM has someone lined up and was waiting for Purse to go.

Not a good result obviously but lets put it in context. This is nowhere near the best u 21 side we could put out and Torquay are not a bad side. They may be non league but a fair few are full time and were unlucky not to have been promoted to the National League over last two seasons. We had at least 8- probably more- under 21 players either in our first team squad yesterday or injured or rested. In a way it reflects the progress many of our youngsters have made that it has left the cupboard a bit bare for the time being.
