yes they just get lost these players we should make more of an effort like last season ,which was forced a bit on BBM to play lads from the academy.
I hate to see talented players going to these big clubs ,who just want to make sure they have the best for there club,but not so much for the players development they try then out then discard them, and farm them out on loan.

It always makes me wonder why a young player would leave a club that gave them every chance for a "big" side that will ship them out to the lower leagues and let them go. These sides have an abundance of talent and less than 1% of them actually make it..

Oh right..so arguably you are better off not giving youngsters a chance with the first team until they turn 17 then.
I always moan about the rules but putting money into an academy to create first team footballers is hardly worth it unless you are a category A academy. It only suits the top sides who can more than afford to get shot of the 99% that don't make it. How many of our top talent have we lost over the last 5 years (who pretty much all have gone on to do nothing..)
