Woud you swap Bellers for BBM?

BBM is ‘job in progress’ at Cardiff City FC, and Craig Bellamy is in a similar situation with Wales
It’s difficult to assess ‘better’ but I wouldn’t swap him for Craig right now, even though I supported him to get it in the past, and it’s not really a valid question after the excellent season BBM has just produced for us in his first year of tenure
As for 10 years? I’d like to think both men will still be in football coaching/management, as that would mean (relative) ‘success’ in their careers; and I do see a scenario where Craig comes back to the CCS under a different owner at some point

BBM hands down Bellamy has done well but he's also got into controversy wherever he's been, I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, hoping it never does

BBM for me but perhaps Bellers can take over when BBM moves to Man City in a few years time.

Too early to tell.
Wales would be at the World Cup now if it wasn't for Bellamy's cautiousness against Bosnia - a missed opportunity.
BBM had the leftovers of a Champ squad and a few decent loanees, but couldn't keep up with Lincoln and if Bolton, Bradford or Stockport had put a run together, we'd have been looking over our shoulders.
Let's see where we & Burnley are by Christmas or even Easter - in the current football world either or both could be out the door by then.
From July 2025 to now, June 2026, there were 29 managerial changes in the Champ alone.
(Assuming Bellamy goes to Burnley)

Stick with BBM for 5+ seasons
I think BBM will improve his management style with experience in the championship
He alongside the rest of the team are always improving as the season comes
So yeah
Bellamy said that after the Euros he will get into club management
which is great because if he left now it would not be the right choice
since the Euros are held in the UK
