Apparently BBM has given his list of wanted players and is currently speaking to a couple.

Outgoings expected though as BBM told he can only spend money if we are selling as well .

Haven’t heard who but should bring in enough money to get the targets

Trott was always the first thing we'd want to get done if possible and glad it's happening.

I'm guessing the couple of players he's already talking to are out of contract, that would make sense because no reports yet of any bids - as we'd expect because the window doesn't open until next month.

Loans don't tend to happen until later in the window too, as we know from Trott and Kellyman last season.

Good he's moving early to try and get things done, he couldn't do that last year because he wasn't appointed until June. Don't mind a couple of players leaving if it means we can add more quality.

I dont think we will sell any of our high value players , but players like Turnbull Robinson chambers etc , Turnbull for example would fetch probably what it would cost to replace him with savage

I fully expect him to stay and another good season at the higher level will see his value soar further; with the caveat it’s always possible he could play in the Premier League with us the season after!

Was hoping Tan would back BBM and loosen the purse strings a little but not looking that way. After a great season just finished the opportunity is there to push for the play offs this coming season (8 teams).

A lot of people said the first sign that BBM would be backed or not would be whether we signed Trott or not.

Well we have signed Trott so let's see what happens next.

Certainly more of a sign that he will be backed than he won't be.
