At the moment Robertson, Osho and Trott are the only players in our first team squad that have been promoted before. Robertson and Osho the only ones to have an EFL promotion.

Helps for players' progression to have a promotion on their CV, especially our young players.

So when we hopefully get the job done in the next week or so, having that promotion will massively benefit these players in many attributes - including confidence.

Not forgetting that this will also be BBM's first promotion which will be a massive achievement for him as a manager.
