Sam:
It is good and a sign of respect that you and I do disagree on some issues relating to the Bluebirds .
One of them is your total fixation with Swansea . My view is that Swansea are not the enemy nor are they our competitors . If you view them like that you are belittling what we really are .
By right and logic we should be much much much bigger than Swansea ….and we should view them as our Welsh little brothers ….not our competitors .
The truth is that our potential is to compete with the biggest clubs in the land …on equal footing ….with an equal fan base and an equal stadium and an equal team .
The fact that we are not ….is a testimony of our failure and a shame on our part .
By treating Swansea the way you do shows that you are still in the dungeon mentality and stature . I had a very good friend of mine called Annis Abraham,around a quarter of a century ago who told me …..if we are doing well we will get over 50,000 gates easily .
Before I accepted to buy Cardiff I met with the leader of Cardiff Council and eight important members and staff and they agreed to find us a location big enough to build a stadium of up to 60,000 …..with a planning gain area to help build the stadium .
Our contract with the Council allow us for 57,000 .

(1) Welsh ….. the St David cross and colours
(2) a much bigger bluebird ….which is what we are (3) the blue color (4) it is much more striking , beautiful and attractive .
I did that after a two week vote by CCFC fans ….in the Echo . We got over 80% ….ask Terry Phillips . I lead from behind …..I got an idea …..put it forward to the fans (they rule) .
There were quite a few things in my time I wanted to do …..but the fans said f**k off …..so I happily and proudly did .

In my 50 years supporting the bluebirds Sam’s time at the club was by far the best by

Love Sam and his enthusiasm and he talks a lot of sense!
