Joel Colwill:

"Since Brian has come in we've done a lot of work to help me develop. I like to think I have developed this year. I think I've come on quite a bit and I'm glad I'm starting to show it in games"

Joe will get better soon d better i would play him over wintle at the moment

That's why I picked joe over wintle in the best team post running on the forum the last 2 games with him in bril

Different type of midfield player to Wintle. I personally don't think you can compare them for a position in the starting 11.

Wintle is more defensive, breaks up play. Joel is more attacking, creates space behind the striker and runs his arse off.

Agree with this. Think this is the situation with the midfield:


6 - Wintle or Robertson

8 - Robertson, Joel or Turnbull

10 - Robertson, Joel, Turnbull, Kellyman or Rubin (although BBM hasn't played Robertson as a 10 much so maybe count him out of this one)


Joel has been outstanding lately and, other than resting him, he's one of the first names on the team sheet. Improved so much over the season.

I think this is spot on.

BBM has created a fantastic squad with great competition in all but a couple of positions.

At the moment he would be the first person on the team sheet with Kellyman second
