Working through the numbers, with a fair wind I think it’s entirely possible that we could be promoted by the end of March…maybe not as champions, but certainly automatics. We have:
Wimbledon (H)
Plymouth (A)
Doncaster (A)
Lincoln (H)
Barnsley (A)
Exeter (A)
Wycombe (H)
Blackpool (A)
Huddersfield (A)
That’s 27 points available…how many do you think we’ll get from that lot?
What an achievement that could be with 6 games still to play!

At the moment I can’t see us losing any of those (but the law of averages says we probably will).

I'm not getting ahead of myself as I've been a Cardiff fan long enough to still have ptsd from past missed opportunitys
I think 88 points could be enough this year so 7 wins 1 draw from the last 15

Wimbledon - Win
Plymouth- Draw
Doncaster - Win
Lincoln - Draw
Barnsley - Win
Exeter - Win
Wycombe- Win
Blackpool- Win
Huddersfield - Lose
20 points my prediction.
86 points which could well be enough. I dont see Bolton or Stockport winning every game.

Blackpool is H not A - they done us at Bloomfield Road already earlier this season.

At the moment.
Plus, Bolton is our fourth last game of the season so hopefully it's done by then.

The last time we won a league, Peterborough were the only team to do the double over us and they got relegated. Careful you don't end up the same!

This sounds about right. Still very unlikely to be promoted by March 86 points will probably be more than anyone but Lincoln will manage this year but we won't be mathematically promoted by then
