Yes more money for Tan

It'll help him claw back some of the money he's outlaid on the summer signings he paid for.

I’ve been a season ticket holder for many years but hadn’t applied for a renewal since last year as my son went off to university (Swansea, how dare he!!). But as he wanted to continue supporting a proper team we’ve just got our half season tickets and will renew going forwards. The Chelsea game was a nice bonus and good to see there was a queue online.

Thanks Annis. Do you think they’ll open the upper Ninian if they sell out the lower?

Problem seems to be solved!
Have have my mates’ STs to take to ticket office (along with mine). Assuming their names, addresses and fan numbers will be ok to hand over as I won’t have their actual tickets.

Just did ours over the phone, only took 5mins, queue was around 10mins and tickets immediately in phone wallet, very slick. Might be worth a call now as it was understandably busier lunchtime.

I went to the ticket office at 10.15 and there was around 8 in front of me.
Fair do’s to the young girl (with a Chelsea key ring !) who sorted my tickets. Was awkward as hell and she did well to sort it.

Chelsea are inconsistent and ripe for a giant killing. We're decent when we get it right. Should be a good match, I just hope they underestimate us

I agree. I've watched a bit of Chelsea over the past year and saw them get outplayed by Ipswich but then totally outplay PSG.

Am I correct in saying that any Tom, Dick or Annie can purchase a ticket from 21/11 if available?
So, even if you have zero purchase history and no fan number?

No, you have to have a registered ticketing account that has a valid fan ID active since 2021/22 and registered before October 2025.

A member of the ticket office staff told me that the criteria for the 21st may change depending on sales.

Given that plenty of tickets are flying out with a week to go until we get to that point, I assume they mean making the criteria stricter?

I can’t see the ground being ‘sold out’ but it would be a great sight!

The biggest issue may be ‘sitting together’ for those non-season ticket holders wanting that option

They may have to be split up, and the same may occur for existing season ticket holders, if all the seats around them are taken up by their existing tenants

I think it will be a capacity crowd, Chris. It should be.

The Jacks had a full stadium for their game against Man City and, although we have a bigger stadium so more tickets to sell, I can see us doing the same.

I'll be disappointed if it isn't to be honest, or at least very close to selling out.
