Will 2 of our games be called off?

Will burton Albion home on the 6th September and Stockport away on the 13th be called off due to international calls up think if you have 3 or more players called up you can ask for the games to be called off but would it just be the one game or the 2 because wales playing on the 4th and 9th and obviously not sure when wales under 21’s play etc

I'm expecting us to postpone them.

A lot of the squad that have started the season will be with the Wales youth teams during international windows.

I was thinking that mate but wasn’t really sure of the rules like

I don't know if they have changed the ruling, but unless you have 5 players called upto international duty you can't postpone it, the FA would reschedule the game, so if Wales played on the friday night, we would still be expected to play on the saturday if we didn't get the call up requirements

I pretty sure it’s 3. A postponement has to be requested 5 days prior to the fixture which is why Exeter were up in arms last season, a late international call up took them to 3 players but because the third one was within the 5 days they had to play.

My bad you are correct its 3, I could of sworn it used to be 5.

Wales got a friendly on the 9th I think thought Bellamy could call colwill kpakio upto it maybe

They'd call off the 6th if we have enough call ups. 13th will go ahead as it usually does after international break and it's full fixture list from premier league down that weekend

People aren't understanding this I think.

If we have three players on international duty for any national team (including youth level) then we can postpone any game in that international window.

So if we want to, we can call off both games.

International break is 1st to 9th. So can't postpone a game on the 13th?
