"It's very important that we show the players here how valued they are, not just with words but with actions. Ollie has been outstanding in pre-season.
"The way he plays the game is very in-tune with the way I see the game being played. So to see him commit to the club is really beneficial to me and I'm really grateful he feels can be part of the club moving forward.

Great news! Ollie Tanner will be an integral part of us moving forward under BBM!

Bbm certainly seems to try and make the players feel valued
