Bellamy / BBM

I think Craig Bellamy will be delighted to see Brian Barry-Murphy as our manager.

They have very similar views on how football should be played.

Bellamy wanted to see our young players get first team opportunities when he was involved in the academy. He was pissed off that the first team managers wouldn't give them the chance.

But now he knows this manager will judge on ability, not experience.

Could be hugely beneficial to the players too.

Bellamy picked Kpakio for the Wales squad despite limited chances in our first team.

Even more likely to pick him now that he'll be getting regular minutes.

Obviously we're in the third tier so it won't be easy for them to play for Wales, but I think it's key that Bellamy and BBM are aligned in their way of thinking.

It will be interesting to see if Bellamy will start picking Rubin if BBM gets him playing the way he wants too.

I think it will be unlikely as he's basically competing for Harry Wilson's spot
