In the replay i saw he did not touch the ball and looked a penalty all be it a soft one I would have been disappointed if city were not awarded it

We have the benefit of replays and without this, from his angle it possibly looked a pen.

I haven't watched the TV version of it to comment. So all I can say in ground it was very much outrage. And no player reactions from Peterborough made it seem even more harsh

I think this is an excellent idea. Is there any chance of working out the average points awarded to each referee so that at the end of the season, we can see who is the overall best?
