Brian Barry-Murphy:
"Matt Turner wasn't complicated," he said of the goalkeeper's selection. "I didn't know a lot about Matt, but since day one of pre-season, he's been exceptional. His attitude, in terms of what we asked him to do, his commitment and his skill level as a goalkeeper has been outstanding.
"So, based on what I saw, he was the clear pick for today."
On the save, Barry-Murphy added: "Sometimes you have an idea and it works, sometimes it doesn't, but again it's down to the way those individuals are performing and training and they have been outstanding.
"It was his first game for Cardiff. I know his association has been longer, but to make such a key contribution at such a key stage, when we would have felt really hard done by not to win the game, was really beneficial for him and it makes him feel really appreciated by the rest of the team and club."

I was shocked that he picked Turner.
But he played very well.
Think it proves that this manager doesn't care about your name, he'll pick the players that train the best.
I like it.

Lovely save at the death to secure the 3 points
Thought he did well today I actually felt more at ease when the ball was played back to him than I do when horvarth is in goals

If Tan reads that he'll call off the loan move for that other goalie from Denmark.
If Tan watched the game he's probably still wondering why Turner didn't get a hat-trick.

Tan's knowledge of football is so slim he probably thinks a hat-trick is what a magician does on stage with a rabbit, mate.
