Renewed my season ticket

Just renewed my ticket on level 4 after a few years away as I feel the positive vibes about this season. Trouble is I am a jinx and my one off attendances are yet to yield a win. Apologies in advance .

Hope you enjoy the season, but I'm not sure why the positive vibes at this stage.
Just relegated as bottom of the league with many of the squad left and leaving and no signings to date.
Maybe it's the new manager.
However, I would hope that things can only get better!

Other than a new manager, who we haven't yet played one game under to date, remind me what the positives are at this stage?
Tan refusing to sell at present and no new players, and a drop down to league one!
Believe me, if and when I see some fresh quality arriving at the club, I hope to sample your optimism, but not until this happens.

We have a young, up and coming manager who has already told the club to stick their transfer targets, and to bring in the players he wants (but according to the agenda crew, he’s still a yes man)

We still have Salech, Fish and Robertson, who will form a decent enough spine to build a team around (but according to some, we have sold ALL of our BEST players)

We have a number of bids in place that could be the end of Tan.

We have a number of good young players coming through to the first team, some of which have been bigged up MASSIVELY on here. Lawlor, J Colwill etc.

Some people including me, have been crying out for the youngsters to be in and around the first team for a long long time(but apparently, according to some, kids and younger players don’t win anything and we will now struggle massively)

At this stage, the manager remains as unproven, although we live in hope.
But I fully agree with you about using our better young lads this season in hope one or two will make the level we need consistently to make a big impression.
