Is this guy still in the building ? Are we still of the thinking he is going to come good before he retires.

He was given a new contract I believe.

Baffles me, I can’t really think of what his strength is. Finishing is hit and miss, heads the ball like Spencer Prior (sometimes a bullet, other times he misses completely).

He doesn’t do great holding the ball up, footwork is bang average and nothing special.

I’m hoping he comes good, but there is so much that he needs to improve I can’t see how. He hasn’t got that raw pace to justify the patience he’s been shown unfortunately

Davies has found his level, league 1.

A strong pre season ,stay fit and he may be a good back up to Salech in lg 1 ,he’s not likely to be poached by anyone

I was one who understood the new contract for him, because they didn't want him to go for nothing.

But hindsight shows that's a mistake, didn't do well at Bolton on loan.

I think they'll try and get him out but he'd have to accept dropping to L2 or a L1 team in a relegation battle, like maybe Wimbledon.

Or play off Salech like Ayew did at Leicester last season with Vardy.That was the position Isaak played in Belgium the season before last and scored 12 goals.
