Isaak Davies

Fri Jun 20, 2025 11:52 am

He had a successful loan spell a couple of seasons ago, came back, sadly had a major injury at the start of the season, came back late on in the season, got a couple of goals and a few starts.

At 23 now nearly 24 at the start of the season, and only really had one full season so far in his career under his belt.

He must stay fit! I believe he will be a great asset to us in league one, and probably his last chance at Cardiff also, so really he must have a good season! dropping down to league one helped mark Harris, so hopefully Davies can stay fit, play in a couple different roles next season.

Wish him well :bluebird:

It will be interesting to see what the Manager makes of him, and how he does in preseason, where he plays etc.. but if he stays fit, we have a real threat with him this season, but really it is over to him now, needs goals, and game consistency to develop. if he does that, will be a great season for him for sure! :bluescarf:

Does not do that or get that chance, game over at Cardiff, he has been unlucky, so really hope it's a great season for him

Another who needs a big season, and should have the opportunity to do-so.

In theory, he should be licking his lips at this season; along with Rubin, Cian, Ollie etc..

I think he can score goals in League One.

I put him in the same bracket as Mark Harris. Very capable in League One but not good enough for the Championship.

Might be being a bit harsh though.

I was surprised Oxford gave Harris a new contract today. Think they can do better.

A massive season for Issac, let's be honest, if he doesn't get 30 odd games, I can see him falling out of football through soundness. Many a good player's body can't withstand the rigours of training.

I think he is good enough for the championship, last season should have shown us that, but as we know the treble injury, did well to get a couple of goals and at times looked a real threat When back from that nightmare injury. But faded back to the bench a bit getting 20 mins here and there.

But if he stays fit, I think it’s his last chance, must be a good season for him, think he is a real threat in league one, and a threat in the championship, but needs to get his career going.

So again wish him luck :bluebird:
