I believe I have a deep understanding of a lot of those players coming through the academy and seeing them flourish into where they are today.

Even when I went to Man City or Leicester, there are bits that surprise you, so I am intrigued to see the inner workings of that.

One of my specialities is to improve those players and increase their values. If you start to put that into practice it creates a momentum to excite the supporters.
