I think our attendances will be similar if we’re competing at the top of the league. We’ve only seen 9 wins this season, at the end of the day winning football brings people in.
I’m dreaming of a 23,000 crowd as we march towards promotion, the sun is shining, Salech is bagging hat tricks and we’ve all got smiles on our faces…………………but I have had a lot of caffeine this morning and may well be delirious.

we used to create an atmospwhere and get things done. now we are just a library !

I am not sure of our average home gate but it's going to drop considerably
Some fans have suggested that our crowds next season could be ok if we do well
I think they are in for a big shock unless some of the sides in league one bring big followings
I will be amazed if we average 14000

If we are winning and at the top I think we will get big crowds Birmingham did , I spoke to a fan of there's in my hotel on holiday last week and he said he really enjoyed this season.

I’ve got a mate who I met on holiday last summer a Birmingham fan and we keep in touch but the difference is there owners are committed to bringing Birmingham back up investing a lot of money into the club hoping to build a new stadium as well they walked the league this year tan not going to spend money on bringing us back upwez1927 wrote:Sludge wrote:This season our attendances have been been boosted by large visiting away supports

Teams like Mansfield have taken an impressive 1,445 away average this season over 23 games. Exeter are regularly taking 1,000 away fans, and Reading are also taking large followings .
The days of clubs bringing 200 to Ninian Park ate long gone.Cardiff is regarded as a safe day out and the stadium is a new ground for many.
I spoke to a few Oxford United fans I know and they thought our stadium was magnificent, so that factor alone can only help.
With regards to the other board , it’s a closed shop with 5 or 6 prolific posters dominating discussions. They must collaborate to get people like you banned if they don’t like the narrative being played.

I can't see any clubs bringing 2000 plus fans
Leeds , West Brom , Stoke , Swansea , Sheffield Wednesday , Sunderland etc
Its great that the likes of Mansfield are well supported on the road , those sort of clubs are the lifeblood of football
But the effect of relegation puts us in the position of having lower home support and less people visiting to swell the gates
People talk about reduced ticket prices and offers but I don't think that pulls many in , especially in league 1

I will shake on a sportsman's bet
Numerous .......how many ?
I will be surprised if even one club sells out the initial allocation of 2000
Rovers would have but they are relegated
Bolton , Bradford .....if they go up .....possibly
That's two , at a push
