In all my years in global corporate tech businesses, I don't think I ever recall a CEO ever not making some sort of statement or engage with their "customers".

But we know he's only a CEO by name and really Tan's equivalent of Rachel From Accounts.

And on Dalman....I've never heard of a part time chairman either.

I know our now critical situation is down to Tan, but you simply cannot have a board set up like this that will ever function. And if the rot starts from the top, it trickles down by its very nature.
