GET RID OF 90% OF THESE PLAYERS / MAINLY DEAD WOOD / EVEN IF RELEGATED WE MUST GET RID:

Personally I would be straight about it and the only player I would keep is Joel Colwill.

We have to start being brutal and stop pretending 90% of these players are Championship Standard.

Plus our manager and all his Coaches.

We have to show fans we mean business and we want to go places and higher next season.

I know Honesty is not liked by some on here and the same ones seem very happy to be struggling for the last 5 years and if relegated they would say why are we not all positive lol

90 mins for Ryotaro Tsunoda at Kortrijk FC.

Eli King who will be 23 this year played a full game for Stevenage.
King started in the week too but this was his first full league game since September.

Joel Colwill aged 20 played for 80 mins for League 1 Exeter City, as Exeter drew 1-1 at Rotherham.

Jake Dennis aged 20 on loan at Gloucester City can’t get a game.

Ryan Wintle no game time at Millwall.

Kieron Evans aged 24 can’t get in the first team at League 2 Newport County, Despite the madness of the Cardiff Hierarchy giving Evans a New Contract .

Not even squad places for Kion Etete on loan at League 1 Bolton. Etete has been awful for Bolton and their fans have slammed him.
Etete 24 years old this year got another New Contract of the Cardiff Hierarchy, maybe next season send Etete to league 2 on loan.

Striker Michael Reindorf 20 years old in a month is on loan at League 1 Strugglers Bristol Rovers has struggled to get in the squad never mind the team.

Joe Thomas aged 20 on loan at Yate Town has failed to even get in their match day squad and Baylin Johnson 20 years old soon can’t either get in to the Maidstone United Squad.

ITS TAN / DALMAN WHO DECIDE EVERYTHING:

But Reindorf was touted as the messiah a couple of months ago and Riza slammed for not playing him.Colwill is the only one I would keep as he has the potential to be a top half championship player at least

It’s unbelievable The Board and the Local Media seem to make out they are all stars before they’ve had a proper run out.

Colwill Def should be kept:

The rest clear out:

Spot on ! Keep Joel Colwill and get rid of the rest including Tan, Dalman and Choo ! Pure waste of money keeping the other players. If they havent made it by now or shown potential at the lower clubs they are at , they certainly wont make it in the Championship !! :bluebird: :bluescarf:

Ryotaro Tsunoda has the makings of a good left-back. The only problem with him is his injury problems, which seem to be improving now, anyway

I don’t disagree but plenty were saying the same not so long ago about Bagan and Ashford that said Eli King is the only one I would add to Colwill.

I would keep Reindorf and Colwill.

We know Colwill has huge potential.

Reindorf has struggled to get into the Bristol Rovers squad, that's why I said a loan to League Two would have been better.

He's only 20 and we know strikers mature a bit later to other positions. Look at Harry Kane for example, didn't properly break into the Spurs team until he was about 22.

There's definitely a player there but he's a bit raw - needs a loan to League Two next season.

But I agree the rest should go. I was in favour of the new contract for Etete because didn't want to lose him for nothing, but that now looks like a mistake.

Mostly agree. I'd keep the Colwill brothers and Ashford. The rest are League Two at best.

I would definitely keep Tsunoda, as once again he is doing very well at Kortrijk, playing at left back. He. Was man of the match again last Saturday when Kortrijk had a very good away win at Gent.

Isaac Davies should also go.....How many of today's first team would get into our team from 2011?

I agree with Jonny,

He’s a Striker 4 goals / 44 Championship appearances and he’s not a kid.

I reserve my judgement.

I disagree with Isaak. He's looked comfortable in his few minutes; and more impactful than Willock and ElGhazi!

Joel Colwill has 0 goals and assists at Exeter but he gets some good write ups. I think another L1 loan for 6 months start of next season/don't think he's ready.

Reindorf has had 57 minutes at Bristol Rovers. Poor loan, we've learned nothing from it. Unsure on him. Maybe needs a L2 loan/seems a stage behind Joel.

Tsunoda - get him over here and into L1 and L2 as that league isn't a benchmark.

Rest - let them go.

Isaak is a Striker big difference

If Isaak was a winger I would back him, but for me he has failed as an out and out striker in the Championship.

Not a kid anymore

24?yrs old later this year.

If I go like for like (position and age) then I get stuck on how much better Salech is than Davies.

Not only has he had injury concerns but he hasn’t really done enough, same as Etete on both the injury front and the goalscoring record.

If he was 20, I’d be able to say ‘he’s going to get better/he’s still young/ strikers don’t develop that early’ but he’s almost 24.

One major thing to bear in mind with these players, is that our transfer ‘strategy’ has changed. We are going after younger players with sell on value, Salech, Robertson etc.

If this is how we are going to operate in the transfer market, we can get better than Isaac and King.

I'm not classifying him as a kid, or a striker. He's come on and done well as a starting 11 winger; in my opinion.

I'd like to see him given more minutes, specifically over Willock and ElGhazi.
