OMER RIZA:
“My players and I, and my staff, we’re all one," he began. "I think that’s really important that everyone understands that. I’ll always take full responsibility for my team.
“We’re all working towards the same goal, that’s me, my staff, the players, that’s the whole Club, in respect of where we’re trying to get to. Where we want to get to is to get this Club back to where it’s been before and even higher if we can.
“When we’ve had conversations as a squad, it’s been open and honest, I think that helps. The conversations have been difficult, but sometimes, you need those in order to progress forwards.
“I think individually, as a group and as staff, we have to look at what what we’re doing wrong, what we need to correct or tweak, ask if something is not quite right and if we have to go back two steps in order to progress three steps forwards again. All those things are a part of making sure we’re ready for the next game. It’s always about that next game.
“They have my old manager. When I was at Watford, Valérien Ismaël was the manager at the time, I was one of his assistants. I know him and Dean [Whitehead] well. It’ll be an interesting game, they’ve had a good season so far and at home they’re strong, but the conversations we’ve had are that mindset and approach are going to be key.
“There have been times when we have played ok and haven’t got things out of the games. Those are gone and the most important thing is points and winning games."

How many times has he taken personal responsibility and said he got the tactics and possibly selection wrong.
I was prepared to cut him some slack previously but I can't get passed the performance against Luton.
From reading all the posts I'd say he's lost at least 90% of the fanbase.

If that's the case there's a large 10% who sing his 'barmy army' song at home games.
