I really hope he makes it with us.

Unfortunately he is too inexperienced for the battle we have ahead. That my head speaking.

Not so sure.

If the season started when he took charge, we would be 15th in the league.

10 points clear of the bottom three and eight points off the top six.

I think that shows he's doing well.

Ned,

You would have been happy with 15th ???

We need ambition, that would have been another wasted season.

Remember he would not of known the squad like he did when he took over in September.
Plus remember the New manager syndrome.

His last 17 games are 3 Wins that’s not good enough, well not for me.

I think he's doing all he can with limited resources. I'm not a lover of Tan, I believe these three signings are because of Riza and not Tan.

Salech - Riza has been following him for years

Mannsverk - Riza is friends with the Ajax manager

Alves - Riza worked for him at England youth

So it sounds like we got these players because of Riza's connection with them, not because of Tan.

He doesn't have much to work with and he's doing as much as he can.

verdict is still out on riza im still thinking since the luton away game thats when it started falling apart for me weve drawn to many games only won one game away all season so far home games isnt great either yes wins against swansea always good
he still shows his inexperince. on his signings time will tell if we stay up considering our 125 year my report card would read can do better needs to improve

Whether there his connections or not, the wages and fees would still have to be funded by someone.

I'll always give credit when its due just like i feel people should accept the criticism when they're wrong.

I'm happy with the business we've done and it seemed well organised especially compared to some others.

Ideally we could have moved at least two out and if they could have got Grant across the line, that would have been a 9/10 window.

I think the business done will also be effective for the current squad as they're all young hungry players with no baggage and a point to prove.

We've got Ramsey to come back in and he doesn't need to be rushed back with what we've already got. Isaac Davies aswell will add further competition.

Cover at LB with Bagan who's done well.

Cover at RB with NG or Rinomhota

Fish waiting and ready at CB with Lawlor doing really well at u21s.

We've got a huge month ahead but at least we can attack it with optimism.

Maybe then Ned,

Riza should Stop praising Tan when Tan is not backing him with loads of money, as to be fair Riza is sending out many players to balance the books.

Win the next 3 against Pompey (6 pointer in my view), Plymouth and Bristol and we will be safe. my humble opinion is we are better than those teams below us :bluebird:
