best freinds dad, who sadly recently passed away to lukemia used to live in an old cottage in the countryside. haunted as f**k. plenty off shit scary times. he also ran 2 pubs that i worked in. old country pubs out shirenewton/usk/chepstow way. always locked up in 2s
had cutlery fly off tables, clock smashing in middle of room, lights on n off, and once a bloke stood at the bar, by the time id gone to serve him hed dissapeared wouldnt change it for the world though

tredegar arms mate. dont know how long ago you were there nobber, but we done it out into a nice litle restaurant. still one creepy place. the other was the star inn llansoy. that was worse

Worked in Usk years ago and covered Chepstow, Raglan, Abergavenny and Monmouth, new all the pubs in that part of the country Used to be a good meal at the Tredegar Arms years ago, and the Star was a regular for me at one time, if I remember correctly Len Ashurst used to live in Llansoy, don't know if he still does.

Park Slip and the Railway crossing by the fountain pub near Tondu (Practiclly the same place) - Could hear a steam train when we were standing on the crossing but the lights wernt flashing ect, plus it was about 1am

Moor Lane in porthcawl - a wierd light as we walked up it at 3am, it got closer and closer and as we got to about 50 feet of it we turned around and pegged it

Llancaiath Fawr in Nelson is pretty fucked up. My old man worked nights there in his apprentice days. Every night he was told to say hello to the house and ghost. Hes still freaked out about it.

Room 202 in the Celtic manor hotel I ha an awful experience in that room and can 100% say there was something else with me in that room that night.

Cardiff Royal Infirmary is one scary place,I have been working there on and off for 2 years on the conservation works for it..going to turn the taps etc off at the end of the day was scary as f**k, got lost once in some part o it, I ran like a little girl trying to get out....laugh if you will I have a strong fear of the 'unknown' ghosts etc. When I was 15-19 I used to walk back home from the sportsmans rest in Peterston Super Ely, I used to ring every girl I knew on my phone sometimes and 2-3 in the morning to take my mind off walking home, if no one answered I ran like f**k!

My old high school aswell, llanrumney high - all the back stairs of the one building was shut off so we used to sneak in there for laugh, had to boot some massive metal door open to get in there, heard some odd noises up there and it was always cold

Baverstock's Hotel on top of Llwydcoed on the way over to Merthyr (heads of the Valleys route). Think it's a Kingdom Hall for Jehovah witnesses or something like that now.

But my grandfather always tells me stories about that place when he was working with a firm, renovating the place about 40 years ago. He seen a figure once walk past the door while him and a few lads were working in a room, went out into the corridor and there was no way out for this figure in the direction it was travelling. All the workers then saying she appears all the time, might be still spooky there now.

Worst place I went was 'THE OLD OPERATING THEATRE' in London, it's in a church tower and they did early medical operations. I could smell the stench of 1700s and 1800s death

i work un the cri at night for the out of hours nursing service and i can confirm it is very scary at times... I've seen someone walk past the office wen were the only people locked in an wen I've investigated there is no one to be seen!!
