Completely off topic but I need peoples opinions!

Currently doing my third year research project and my topic is Urban regeneration and im using Cardiff as one of my case studies.

So i need Cardiff residents to complete a VERY quick survey for me and though that people on here are from Cardiff and pretty opinionated. There is also a nice mix of age groups and backgrounds.
