The bookies think they know:

The bookies seem to think it's between Barry-Murphy and Buckingham.

Let's see, they haven't been a good guide to appointments recently.

Next manager odds:

Brian Barry-Murphy - 4/6

Des Buckingham - 11/10

Aaron Ramsey - 8/1

Ian Evatt - 10/1

Glad Ian Evatt is drifting to 10-1. I'd be happy with either of the favourites especially if they can get Ramsey involved too as a player/coach.

Yesterday I read there was an unknown who had sprung up any ideas what’s Neil Harris doing ?

Manager of Cambridge.

BBM has the hallmarks of Trollop in my eyes.

Did a bit at Rovers (more successful), then first team coach at Wales 2016, where we all bought into the idea, only to realise it's difficult being the main man in a "big" club, so ended back as a very successful first team coach

At least I know Buckingham handled a promotion challenge

I agree, like I said on my original post they haven't got the last few right.

Latest movement today at the bookies;

Brian Barry-Murphy has dropped back to evens

Des Buckingham now at 2/1

Ian Evatt’s odds have shortened again to 7/2

Has Evatts odd shortened due to a few people putting a few quid on him at 10/1 and the rumours of him being offered later this week ?

In my opinion the bookies don't actually know, just like ourselves. So could it still be someone that hasn’t even been mentioned yet ? Very possible.

I agree. Their algorithm is based on their exposure, and that's what drives the fluctuation.

We all know what it's like after an interview, you instinctively know if it went good or bad.

My guess is Evatt's went well and he told his inner circle that it leaked and Chinese whispers as a done deal, same with BBM and Buckingham.

No one knows what goes on at city anymore, I don't believe Bulut was on anyones radar until the last minute.

I agree, they don't have a clue like the rest of us.

Last one they got right was Warnock I think.

OMG Victor Campelos gone in at 7/2

Either someone has put money on after reading this forum earlier, or the bookies read it lol
