Consolation bet

I had 2 small bets for interest with bets with bet 365 as thought odds were good Took Cardiff win At 8/1 and when they went 2-0 up 365 paid up and also did the draw at7/2 .So both bets winners lol

I was REALLY hoping the draw would not happen but just did it as what I thought was a safety bet

Don't understand why the bookies offer this bet when a team goes 2-0 up with loads time still to play .
