I will tell you why. Because the players first reaction will be ! Who is he ? It's going to take him time to gain the players trust and respect, and he needs to hit the ground running, thats why !!

I would always support any manager but if appointed would it fill you with confidence that he is going to get us to the promised land. It is too much of a gamble. After the Ole gamble did not pay off we cannot surely afford to gamble again. We need a proven manager with Championship/ Premiership experience.
