Unfortunately the neighbours have just confirmed that he passed away yesterday, he was not everyone's cup of tea, but no one can doubt his loyalty and love of Cardiff City...the a Bluebird through and through and it's a very sad loss.

RIP Dai..I know yesterdays result and promotion would have meant the world to you.

Hearing sad news, hope not true

RIP Dai , he would have loved seeing City get promoted yesterday. Not everyone’s favourite but couldn’t fault his devotion to Cardiff City

Characters like Dai have been missing from the game, completely bonkers and definitely annoyed people sometimes but could never doubt that Cardiff City was his life, hope he saw the promotion before he passed and I hope the club does something small for him for the next game, rest in peace Dai you nutter! :bluebird: :bluebird:
