RIP Gareth Seville. Never had the chance to meet him but heard he was a top fella and a true bluebird. Hopefully the City fans can honour him with a minutes applause tonight and City can get a win for him.

RIP fella. :( :bluescarf: :ayatollah:
My adopted player for the 2015/16 season is Eoin Doyle.
I'm an 11 year old true bluebird who has had a season ticket for five years in the family stand. Love an away day as well. City for life!

RIP Gareth, all thoughts with his family and friends. Although I didn't know him that well, I've always talked to him on Twitter and a few times at games. Will truly be missed. Cardiff and Wales have lost a very loyal supporter.

Sam here Cal, such a sad story. Such a young age to go and I really hope the club can honour him in some way. As you say, he was a very loyal supporter and I'm sure he would have appreciated it - although I, too, didn't know him that well. Just spoke on Twitter and seen a couple of times at games.

Echo what you say, thoughts go to his family and friends.

Cardiff City fans pay an emotional tribute to devoted fan Gareth Seville after his death aged 22

Travelling Cardiff City supporters have paid a fitting tribute to loyal fan Gareth Seville, who died aged 22

Cardiff City fans have paid an emotional tribute to fanatic Gareth Seville, who tragically died aged 22.

The devoted Bluebird, who went several seasons without missing a game, died after a long battle with a muscle deterioration disease.

The former Y Pant School pupil, from Llantrisant, was well known for following Cardiff and Wales far and wide and for his banter on social media, where he was known as SevilleTaff.

Fans who travelled to Blackburn for tonight's Championship clash at Ewood Park joined together for a minute's applause on 22 minutes for the dedicated supporter who regularly spent time at Ty Hafan.

I didn't know Gareth by name so I've only just realised who he is. I'm so upset with this news. Lovely lad and such a committed City fan. My thoughts are with his family. Rest in peace fellow Bluebird.
