Tickets for Cardiff City’s Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday 1st January 2019 (5:30pm kick-off) have now sold out.

Brilliant news
But I do rem when games were live on sky at early evening kick offs and hardly any transport many on here blamed the low crowds for this.
But I said then, if fans really wanted to watch Cardiff City they would still turn up and this just proves it, all about who the opposition is.
Be though good to see near 33,000 crowds for Spurs match and Man United match at the Cardiff City Stadium

Excellent offer for 2 games which are crucial to our premiership survival hopes.
Would make an excellent christmas present.

Our attendances have been fantastic and I will say it again over and over, no club or not many have the support we have based on no success in the top flight. Our recent success is one year in the top flight and some cup finals, we are going to average mid table on the prem attendances. Not bad for a side that’s spent most of its time in the bottom three.
What most pleasing this time is how much the crowd stay with the team, they appreciate and love the fact they are trying as hard as they can for that shirt. This is Cardiff as I remember. Love it.

The Bournemouth/Huddersfield offer is a fantastic move by the Club and all credit to them. I have had loads of interest off 'floating fan' mates of mine, might get close to selling the games out hopefully if the word of the offer spreads

You certainly have said for years if they want to watch them then they would

This is why it's essential for the club to stay in the premier league.crowds are at a record high both home and away.many yearn for the championship but we cant attract big crowds at that level.

True to say Spurs are a big draw plus its a bank holiday. Call the extras what you want, some of which may be insulting/ slightly derogatory: armchair supporters, glory hunters, plastics, part-time Spurs fans, football tourists.
Every one can get to a match when you have glamourous opposition!
Full house great though- may get a few hundred coming along to every home game you never know.

Hopefully there will be no segregation between fans for big games so we fill the ground completely, huge gaps between Ninian Stand and Away end is ridiculous and looks bad! No gap between Family Stand and Away fans, doesn’t make sense?

It does make sense the mums an dads and kids are a lot less likely to kick off during a game then the pissed up lads in the Ninian.

This is Football Llan Blue not Rugby, surely there won’t be problems! Stewards can arrest any trouble makers?

I think we are doing well with the crowds we are getting, if we can establish ourselves in this league, more will come. This is how a club builds itself up. Doesn't seem so long ago in the 80s our crowds would be 3 and 4 thousand.
