We playing 6-1-3? -.-

Seems an odd team to me.

I'm assuming we have a midfield 3 or Bamba, Patterson and Ralls, that's concerning when we have Tomlin and Demour on the bench.

Agreed strong side today but a lot of people said that about the side NW put out against Mansfield. It’s only a strong side if everyone plays to their potential - we can’t afford passengers anymore.

No three points today and we could potentially slip to 5th with sides below us closing up - you don’t want to be saying must win games at this time of season but unfortunately it is - if we have realistic chance of promotion

Very attacking bench too other than Halford and Murphy

Good team

But we need to attack !!

Expecting 2 nil to us

Looks like a very solid 4-4-2 to me or 4-1-3-2.

Mendez-Laing to have the game of his life with Yanic breathing down his neck.

Why not play 4-2-3-1 with Bamba and Ralls infront of the back 4 and Tomlin in the 10 role. Can’t see Sunderland coming and playing an open game and will make it hard for us to break them down. Patterson, Bamba, Ralls, no creativity going forward so relying on the front 3 too much

On second thought it may be a 4-2-3-1

Bamba / Patterson in from of the back four. With Ralls between Hoillet and Laing. Zohore up top.

Don’t get why we’re playing so many defenders again! A game like this is crying out for Tomlin to start, Bamba in midfield when Damour is on the bench also! Very negative line up means we’re playing bottom of the league Sunderland. :?

It's a .... "stop the rot" sort of line up.

0-0 half-time

Cardiff had by far the better chancres, but did not make the most of them.

Etheridge gives the ball away most of the time . We sprnd the next few minutes working our socks off to get it back. Why not roll it to a full back or shorten the kick to a midfielder and be more accurate.
Is this too obvious?

Team formation is strange. Players out of position doesn't help flow

All set pieces .

No open play attacking football

It's long throws every time

When we did attack they brought us down .

Need to get at them

This is 3 points or should be in the bag
