BREAKING: " NEIL WARNOCK UPDATES TODAY "

Neil Warnock keeping quiet on other injuries
Neil Warnock"
"We have the odd niggle, but I don’t want to divulge those"
NEIL WARNOCK:
"Gunnarson actually trained quite well yesterday. He didn’t join in with us but he did 45 minutes."
"I spoke to him after and we’re going to see because we had another two days after that.He was on crutches on Sunday but we’re going to see. He jarred the ankle, he’s always had a bit of a dodgy ankle but he trained yesterday and it was quite positive. We might even wait until tomorrow."
"I’m hopeful more than pessimistic."
NEIL WARNOCK:
"Training more competitive"
You’ve not lost two on the bounce
NEIL WARNOCK:
"I didn’t realise that but it will be a big test, they have a lot of the ball with some good players" -
Changes after Birmingham defeat?
NEIL WARNOCK:
"You look at the opposition and how they play and work out the best way to get a result really."
"If that means changes yes, but I won’t panic about changes for the sake of it. There’s one or two lads busting a gut to get into the side and the competition has been great."
"This week’s been great, some cracking performances on training."
NEIL WARNOCK ON LEE TOMLIN:
"There’s three or four of them, Feeney, Bogle, Wardy, they’ve done well, even Loic who’s not been involved."
"There’s certain times that I’ve not thought we were strong enough in midfield to warrant a Tomlin, I’ve felt we were a little bit under-strength regarding the opponent for Lee, but there will be games coming up where he will have to grasp the opportunity when he gets it, not just ten minutes as a sub, he will have to start."
Boro - ideal game for you after Birmingham?
NEIL WARNOCK:
"I think so. We’re still classed as underdogs I think even though we are where we are in the league. It’s nice for us to go there with probably a bit less pressure, and I think we’re more ready for it."
"We didn’t know what a new manager was going to bring at Birmingham, with six changes and three who have never played before, it was difficult and we probably blame ourselves a bit - the staff I mean - but there are no excuses like that at Middlesbrough, we know they’re a good side, but we’ve got be prepared better and be ready for that."
