ROMA fans have clashed with police ahead of their team’s Champions League match against Chelsea.
The Italian giants are in London for what’s sure to be a mouth-watering showdown at Stamford Bridge tonight.

But Roma’s infamous travelling supporters got themselves into a spot of bother hours ahead of kick-off.
A number of them were seen throwing punches at uniformed police officers on High Street Kensington.
And the road was soon in total disarray as ten police vans pulled up at the scene to regain order.
The Roma fans were then ‘kettled’ and eventually escorted to Earl's Court at around 6pm.

The Met Police confirmed to the Independent that one arrest was made during the scuffles.
But the remainder of the Roma fans arrived at the home of the English champions without causing any further disturbances.
