There is so much common sense in that answer it makes you wonder why someone at the EFL couldn't come up with it.

that is what they did with both WHU and NC being drawn home but playing away in the coming round.... ...Newport were in the Southern section for the first round. but in round 2 as an unseeded team they could have been drawn against WHU who are seeded..BOTH could not be away in a fixture between themselves so it was decided to move one to the northern section.

yes the EFL AGREED that BOTH clubs could play their ties away no matter how the draw came out.
and moved one club so that drawing each other became impossible.
so as planned..by design.

He has a point, both teams should have their pitches ready by now or reverse their draws, perhaps they should have played each other
