It's not fair on the fans, the players or the current manager. Also if your going to sack Malky do it quickly. Any new manager is going to need as much time as possible to repair things. The uncertainty over the managerial situation is killing our season. We desperately need a lift.

i think its a bigger problem than just the manager, its starts with the tea lady. all the way up to the board

The manager don't like him
The fans don't like him
His money is not welcomed.
VT, it is time to go...leave this club. Sell, recover or just leave it as it is. What is lost is lost. Just cut your losses. You can't turn the clock back. Let CCFC and their fans determine their own destiny.

More likely to be Yilmaz Vural if you believe his agent

Don't get left out on a lim as it goes to the second half of the season.

Dont like the red, i think that vt would be crazy to work for but that 1st half performance was nothing to do with the chairman. We went 2-0 down today and a load of bellends standing by me started singing anti tan songs as if it was his fault we were 2-0 down

The chairman has caused the uncertainty that led to yesterday's performance. Ridiculous conditions for anyone to work in!

Have to say that is spot on, the uncertainty over Malkys position and the ongoing dispute with Tan is now beginning to have an impact on the players - yesterdays performance was the worst at home under his reign.
The players apart from Campbell yesterday who ran his socks off should have a damn good look at themselves.

We are only four points from tenth but also four points from the bottom, eight points between tenth and twentieth.
10 teams from Stoke in a relegation battle, we do have an easier second half of the season, a decent Manager, and a few signings and we would stay up comfortably, the wrong Manager and we could easily go down. Tan you have a massive decision to make and get it wrong it will cost you tens of Millions !!!

Can't see how we've got an easier second half of the season, we're just playing the same teams for a second time

I agree, all the off field attention finally transpired to the pitch yesterday. Taking nothing away from Southampton, they played very well and took their chances but it needs sorting now.

We have all the bottom half of the table (except Swansea and WBA which we beat both) at home where until yesterday we have been at out best, starting tomorrow. Without the distractions we should beat teams like Sunderland at home, but with all this distractions we are losing form and discipline badly last two games.

Been a mess since Tan arrived here but the mess has just got worse and worse.
If Tan dont sort this mess out as are leader we are doomed to play championship football next season.
The game yesterday was so dire the players are showing in there performance what the club has now become.
It was only a matter of time before the cracks would show through on the pitch.
Tan has to now sort this mess out and soon and the only way to do that is back malky or sack him and it needs to made offical in a statement from the club.
Its plain and simple its the only way but Tan yet again hasnt got a clue .He really hasnt got a clue about football he has spent a lot of money in stableising the club but as much good as he has done for Cardiff City he has supassed that with the bad things hes done for us .
Very worrying times for us the wheels could come right off here.
The circus that is Cardiif City continues but how much longer before we as fans just have enough of all this .
