Pre-Match music/ Entrance song?

Which music do you think would best be used pre-match or as the players come out of the tunnel?
I'm happy with MOH/Hey Jude/I'll Be There as the entrance tune although they could be played at a lower volume to save our ear drums, people can't hear us over the sound system. Even if Ali (or whoever controls it) just reduces the volume for the main bits of the song like a lot of clubs do.

As for pre-match music as in minutes before the above mentioned songs, I think something like Swedish House Mafia or Insomia - Faithless would be ideal. Get the players and fans pumped, plus it would surely help the atmosphere

Anything us fans can relate to; prerferably Men of Harlech or I'll be there.

Anything else has no meaning to our club.

Switchblade Smiles by Kasavian would be quality. The "Can you feel it coming?" section of the song would be great to have as the players walked out!

We need something to get the fans pumped up. I can't stand "I'll be there", makes me cringe, I don't mind it being played, just not when the players are coming out. Personally I'd like to hear "Beautiful Day" by U2 as the players come out.

I think the club need to hire a new "music man" because the music that's played before and after the game is awful. And I wish people would actually sing along to Men of Harlech.

Would work really well if we shouted "City!" over "Thunder". Whoever controls the music would have to slightly reduce the volume for that one part so we can be heard

Some excellent choices there.
But for entrance tune I'd still like to stick with MOH/Hey Jude/IBT, as long as whoever controls the volume tries to save our ear drums, it's way too loud and hard to create any noise over it.
In the build up to KO we should play some of the songs mentioned. Closer to KO songs like Lose Yourself, Insomnia and Thunderstruck should be played. IMO build up atmosphere can be just as effective as exciting football for overall atmosphere, although it's useless when everyone is down in the concourses until 5 minutes to KO.

Thunderstruck would be an excellent choice just before kick-off. Atmosphere is down to us but I think that there has to be a regular build-up ahead of kick-off as it does work. Warming up a crowd to build atmosphere absolutely helps and the right "aggressive" track/s will help. AC/DC open their gigs with this for a very good reason. And its not a clichéd track used by other clubs (as far as I'm aware?). I also noticed an improvement when they played "The Game" by Motorhead.

Yes I enjoyed that last season. It seemed to get the crowd pumped, something like Swedish House Mafia or Insomnia would do the same, someone should get in contact with Ali with a list of possible 'atmospheric' songs for a playlist

So everyone is slagging goal music due to people thinking fans shouldn't be prompted to get excited..... Now we are discussing what music will be best to pump up our fans as the players enter the field?
