thinking of leaving fitness first and joining here!

I am mate ,i joined it after leaving fitness first in llanishen.

plenty there busy at peak times but you can always get on something if you can get there other times its not bad,also has plenty of classes ,steam room,sauna,jacuzzi,pool etc

There's not one anywhere near me and for that reason im out

whats the gym like?

i work in llanishen industrial and the bannantynes is opposite my work so thought id join there and leave fitness first in pengam green.

Been there three years now,was training in DW but full was too many juice heads geard up.

Nice gym, got everything you need for Cardio and weights.. free weights go up to 50kg got a squat rack, bench and incline and four regular benches.

Swimming pool is okay, sauna and steam do a job but a bit outdated.

How much is the memberships? Highest in my place is £49/45
